The ice maker features a rectangular stainless steel exterior, specifically designed for laboratory ice production scenarios. It boasts fast ice-making speed and high ice output capacity. The entire process—from water intake → filling → ice making → crushing → to ice storage—is fully automated and controlled by a computerized system for continuous operation. In case of water shortage or a full ice storage bin, the corresponding indicator lights on the control panel will flash, and the snowflake ice maker will automatically shut down with excellent protective functions. It comes standard with an initial water purification device, which can be optionally installed depending on local water quality conditions.
Instrument Placement
• During transportation, the tilt angle of the container must not exceed 45 degrees. Inversion is strictly prohibited to prevent malfunctions in the refrigeration system.
• Open the top cover of the outer packaging, remove the honeycomb panel and corrugated supports, then lift the flip cover of the ice storage compartment on the front of the snowflake ice maker. Take out the attached document bag and accessories from the ice storage compart ment, including the water inlet pipe, drain pipe, ice scoop, adapter, and water filter. After initial setup or relocation, the machine should remain stationary for 12 hours before powering on.
• When positioning the equipment, adjust the leveling feet to ensure the unit remains horizontal.
