LABGIC L-SP-LB and L-SP-HB both are full-wavelength (190 - 850nm) ultra-micro UV-Vis spectrophotometer that don’t require a computer. It can quickly and accurately detect nucleic acids, proteins, and cell solutions. It is also equipped with a cuvette mode for detecting the concentration of culture media such as bacteria. For nucleic acid detection, only 0.5 to 2 μL of sample is required for each measurement. The sample can be directly dropped onto the loading plate without the need for accessories such as cuvettes or capillaries. After the measurement, the sample can be either wiped off directly or recovered with a pipette. All steps are simple, fast, and seamless. It can be applied in various fields such as clinical disease diagnosis, blood transfusion safety, forensic identification, environmental microorganism detection, food safety detection, and molecular biology research.
