Biosharp ultrafiltration spin columns can quickly and effectively concentrate and purify biological sample. The unique vertical design and maximized filtration area can provide rapid sample processing and a high sample recovery rate (typically greater than 90% of dilute initial solution), while maintaining a mild concentration environment to preserve the activity and conformation of biological samples. Vertical design minimizes solute polarization and subsequent membrane fouling. The physical stop point in the filtration device prevents the sample from drying out and suffering losses caused by excessive rotation of the filter.
