상품 특징
● RNase A is an endoribonuclease that specifically degrades single-stranded RNA at C and
U residues. It cleaves the phosphodiester bond between the 5'-ribose of a nucleotide and
the phosphate group attached to the 3'-ribose of an adjacent pyrimidine nucleotide.
The resulting 2', 3'-cyclic phosphate is hydrolyzed to the corresponding 3'-nucleoside
phosphate.
● Molecular weight : 13.7 kDa
● Specific activity : ≥3,000 U/mg
● Appearance : white powder(BR grade)
Unit 정의
● One unit of the enzyme causes an increase in absorbance of 1.0 at 260 nm
when yeast RNA is hydrolyzed at 37°C and pH 5.0.
● Fifty units are approximately equivalent to 1 Kunitz unit.
참고사항
● 동결건조 제품으로 distilled water로 충분히 녹인 후 사용하며 효소의 활성유지를 위해
-20℃ 보관을 권장합니다.
● 본 상품의 용도에 따른 권장 작업 농도는 1~100 μg/ml 이며 95°C 에서 10분간 가열 시 불활성화 됩니다.
