The Protein A and Protein A/G immunoprecipitation magnetic beads and kit series utilize nanotechnology to achieve high-density directional coating of proteins onto superparamagnetic microspheres. These products offer more antibody binding sites, require less magnetic bead usage, and exhibit low non-specific binding, enabling convenient and efficient immunoprecipitation experiments. The immunoprecipitation magnetic beads bind over 300 μg of human IgG per milliliter, and only 25 μL of magnetic beads are required for a single precipitation reaction. The large specific surface area of the micrometer-sized beads significantly shortens the equilibrium time for antibody-antigen adsorption, completing antibody binding within 15 minutes and antigen precipitation within 30 minutes. The short operation time prevents target protein degradation caused by prolonged procedures, ensuring target protein activity and protein complex integrity.

Protein A/G immunoprecipitation magnetic beads have a particle size of 2 μm and an antibody capacity of 0.5‒0.6 mg/mL for human IgG. They are widely used for immunoprecipitation of antigens in samples such as cell lysates, cell culture supernatants, serum, and ascites.
