T7 RNA Polymerase
This product is a bacteriophage T7 RNA polymerase recombinantly expressed in E. coli. It is a DNA-dependent RNA polymerase with high specificity for the bacteriophage T7 promoter sequence. Using double-stranded DNA containing the T7 promoter sequence as a template and NTPs as substrates, T7 RNA polymerase synthesizes RNA complementary to the single-stranded DNA downstream of the promoter. Compared to wild-type T7 RNA polymerase, the thermostable version allows reactions to be performed at higher temperatures.

Inorganic Pyrophosphatase
Pyrophosphatase, Inorganic (Yeast) is a yeast-derived inorganic pyrophosphatase recombinantly expressed in E. coli. It catalyzes the hydrolysis of inorganic pyrophosphate to orthophosphate:P2O7 4- + H2O → 2 HPO4 2-. This product is used in nucleic acid synthesis reactions to hydrolyze inorganic pyrophosphate generated during the reaction, preventing its inhibitory effect and shifting the reaction equilibrium toward product formation. It can be used to increase nucleic acid yield in DNA amplification or in vitro transcription reactions.

Alkaline Phosphatase
Alkaline Phosphatase (fast) catalyzes the hydrolysis of 5' and 3' phosphate groups from DNA, RNA, and nucleotides, as well as the removal of phosphate groups from proteins, but does not catalyze the hydrolysis of phosphodiesters or phosphotriesters. This enzyme dephosphorylates all types of DNA termini within 10 minutes at 37°C. As it exhibits 100% activity in RapidCut Buffer and can be inactivated by incubation at 80°C for 20 minutes, it allows“ digestion-dephosphorylation” reactions to be performed in a single tube when used with RapidCut series fast restriction endonucleases, greatly simplifying experimental workflows.

phi29 DNA Polymerase
phi29 DNA Polymerase is derived from a *Bacillus subtilis* bacteriophage. Through genetic engineering, it exhibits exceptional strand displacement activity and chain affinity, enabling the synthesis of DNA fragments up to 70 kb in a single reaction. Additionally, phi29 DNA Polymerase possesses strong 3′→5′ exonuclease proofreading activity, resulting in extremely high fidelity. However, this strong 3′→5′ exonuclease activity may lead to primer degradation; it is recommended to use primers with phosphorothioate modification at the 3' end to prevent degradation.
