Dye-Based Real-Time PCR Kit
SYBR Green I is a dye with green excitation wavelength that binds to the minor groove of double-stranded DNA. In its free state, SYBR
Green I emits weak fluorescence, but upon binding to dsDNA, its fluorescence is significantly enhanced. Therefore, the fluorescence
signal intensity of SYBR Green I correlates with the amount of dsDNA, enabling detection of dsDNA quantity in the PCR system based on
fluorescence signal.
Our real-time PCR kit using SYBR Green I intercalation is formulated as a ready-to-use 2× Mix containing hot-start Taq DNA polymerase,
dNTPs, SYBR Green I, and other components, allowing rapid and highly specific quantitative detection of target cDNA.

Standard curve with a wide linear range
Using HeLa cell cDNA as a template, gradient dilutions (10-fold) were performed, and a standard curve was constructed based on Ct values. The results show that BL697 exhibits excellent amplification performance with outstanding linearity across a wide range of template concentrations and good repeatability.


Precise resolution
Using rice actin cDNA stock solution, a 2-fold serial dilution was performed to generate 13 gradient-diluted templates for amplification. The results show that BL697A can accurately resolve 2-fold concentration differences with high amplification specificity.


Fast Real-Time PCR Kit
This product is also a ready-to-use premix for qPCR using SYBR Green I intercalation. Its core component is a novel antibody-based hot-start DNA polymerase, offering strong specificity and high detection sensitivity. In addition, the optimized buffer for qPCR reduces extension time to 15 seconds, significantly shortening the reaction time of real-time PCR, making it suitable for standard or fast PCR instruments.

Probe-Based Real-Time PCR Kit
This product is a ready-to-use premix specifically designed for probe-based real-time quantitative PCR. It contains hot-start Taq DNA

PMA qPCR Viable Bacteria Detection Kit
PMA is a high-affinity DNA-binding dye that exhibits weak fluorescence on its own but emits much brighter fluorescence upon binding to nucleic acids. This property allows PMA, in combination with real-time PCR (qPCR), to detect various sample types including bacteria, biofilms, yeast, fungi, viruses, and eukaryotic cells. RT-qPCR Kit
The One-Step RT-qPCR Kit efficiently performs reverse transcription of RNA into first-strand cDNA followed by qPCR amplification in a single reaction. Using RNA as the template, gene-specific primers, SuperRT III reverse transcriptase, antibody-based hot-start Taq DNA polymerase, and an optimized buffer system, this kit completes both reverse transcription and qPCR in one step without the need for additional tube opening or pipetting steps. EMSA Kit
