Agarose gel is dissolved in a high chaotropic salt solution (Buffer GY), allowing DNA fragments to selectively bind to the silica membrane in the spin column. Alternatively, it can be used directly for PCR product purification to meet various experimental needs. The recovered DNA is highly pure, retains fragment integrity and biological activity, and is suitable for molecular biology applications such as sequencing, ligation, PCR amplification, and in vitro transcription.
Performance Demonstration

Biosharp kits were compared with commonly used domestic A and international B companies under the same conditions: equal volumes of water were used for elution, and equal volumes of recovered products were loaded for analysis. Results show that Biosharp gel extraction kits outperform competitor products in both recovery efficiency and recovery range.
