Cell transfection refers to the introduction of exogenous nucleic acids into cells through chemical, biological, or physical methods,
leading to changes in cellular properties and enabling the study of gene function and protein expression in the cellular environment.
Transfection serves two main purposes: production of recombinant proteins and specific enhancement or suppression of gene
expression in transfected cells. Therefore, cell transfection is one of the most effective approaches in studying gene or gene product
function and regulation, as well as in applications such as transgenic biological products and gene therapy.
Calcium Phosphate Transfection Reagent
Calcium phosphate transfection is a chemical-mediated method in which calcium phosphate facilitates binding of exogenous DNA to
the target cell surface. The calcium phosphate-DNA complex adheres to the cell membrane and enters the cell via endocytosis.
Transfected DNA can integrate into the host chromosome, generating stable clones with different genotypes and phenotypes.
Our calcium phosphate transfection kit is an improved version of traditional calcium phosphate transfection, offering higher efficiency
and reduced cytotoxicity. It is suitable for both transient transfection and stable cell line selection. Testing shows transfection efficiency
in HEK293 cells can reach over 85%, while other common cells such as HeLa and CHO cells are also suitable for calcium phosphate
transfection, though with slightly lower efficiency.
Liposome Transfection Reagent
Our Lip2000 and Lip3000 cell transfection reagents utilize advanced lipid nanoparticle technology to achieve superior transfection performance and reproducible results. They deliver ultra-high transfection efficiency across a wide range of common and hard-to-transfect cells while maintaining high cell viability. These reagents are gentle, low in toxicity, and exhibit high transfection efficiency across various cell types and culture plates. Compared to Lip2000, Lip3000 offers higher transfection efficiency and lower cytotoxicity, and its performance is unaffected by the presence of serum during transfection, giving it broader applicability.

Universal Virus Concentration Reagent
Universal Virus Concentration Reagent is a simple, rapid, and efficient product for concentrating various common recombinant viruses. Traditional virus purification involves ultracentrifugation, which is time-consuming, requires specialized equipment, and can only process limited volumes. This reagent can be added directly to virus-containing supernatants to precipitate virus particles, and with simple centrifugation and resuspension steps, effectively increases virus titer. Virus recovery can reach up to approximately 90%, and concentrated virus titers can be increased 10- to 100-fold. This product is suitable for concentrating virus particles from laboratory-packaged Lentivirus, Retrovirus, Adeno-associated virus (AAV), Adenovirus, Baculovirus, and other viral vectors.
