Our ER-Tracker fluorescent probes are based on glibenclamide (glyburide), which binds to the sulfonylurea receptor of ATP-sensitive K⁺ channels on the endoplasmic reticulum. Compared to traditional DiOC6(3), they show less nonspecific mitochondrial staining and lower cellular toxicity. Two fluorescent ER probes are available: ER-Tracker Red, which emits red fluorescence with maximum excitation at 587 nm and maximum emission at 615 nm; and ER-Tracker Green, which emits green fluorescence with maximum excitation at 504 nm and maximum emission at 511 nm.

Cat. No. | Description | Packaging |
BL768A | ER-Tracker Red | 20μL |
BL769A | ER-Tracker Green | 20μL |
